Key Responsibilities

• Full project lifecycle management from planning to completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
• Report to senior management and stakeholders
• Risk management and mitigation planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• PMP certification required
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management
• Experience managing projects over $50M
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
