HSE Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to maintain and improve safety standards across our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
• Deliver safety training programs
• Investigate incidents and near-misses
• Maintain HSE documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification
• 5+ years of HSE experience in construction
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Strong communication and training skills
