We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee infrastructure projects valued at $50M+. This role requires exceptional leadership and a track record of delivering complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Full project lifecycle management from planning to completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
- Report to senior management and stakeholders
- Risk management and mitigation planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- PMP certification required
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management
- Experience managing projects over $50M
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
