About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare bill of quantities and cost estimates
- Measure and value completed work
- Prepare variation orders and claims
- Review subcontractor quotations
- Assist in contract administration
- Prepare monthly valuations and final accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of QS experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of measurement methods
- Experience with infrastructure projects preferred
- Proficiency in QS software and Excel
